GATEWAY TO 8K, Started Week 8. Couch to 5Ker's Where yall at?

Morning Yall

My run is done, i'm tired but i'm glad it is over.  I will finish week 8 over 3 days so I can complete the 10 weeks of running before I leave.

I am getting really excited about my trip.   I went and picked up my shorts from the cleaners yesterday and they look cute on me.   Yes they are not the size I want them to be but I have to make the best out of where I am right now.   So I will go on my trip have a good time and come home and continue working on my weight goal.   Once I hit that goal I will get a tummy tuck as my reward.  But that really isn't my motivation, I just want to make my goal.

So my run is done and I don't have a lot to say today just want to get back to playing my game,  I'm on vacation so i'm either playing a video game or watching a movie.  LOL.  I love my life.

2 weeks to go! Keep it going!

Tummy tick reward is a great incentive! I personally do not want another person coming near me with anesthesia and an instrument so hang on skin!

I completed week 6 day 3 couch25k today. No more interval running. Straight runs now. I do not know what it is I really like, the running of the results. Since I started the program, I have lost 22 lbs! Doesn't matter..I'm off the couch and running for my life!

It's funny cause I never needed a tummy tuc****il I started running and then my tummy started having this slack in in but whatever.  I guess that is a good thing cause it use to be a bit more filled with fat.  LOL. 

The straight thru runs are going to be great cause you are going to start really feeling like a runner now.   So enjoy it cause I know your having a good time running and i'm really happy you are.

I fell off the wagon and then it fell on me   But in all seriousness I am getting back on track on Monday (exercise and diet).  I cant let being overwhelmed be an excuse any longer.  Keep doing what you do..its keeps me inspired.  I will start and finish my 8k training.  These next 2 months while school is out I am going to get it together!
