Hey All,

Need to hit the water and protein hard today.  Haven't done the numbers but I'm sure yesterday was a little light. 

B - chicken wings
S - protein bar
L - low carb spaghetti w/ veg
S - protein shake
D - seafood w/ veg
S - protein shake

a gallon of water, all vits & supplements, nordic track and strength training
