1 Year for ME !!!!
1 year.....Where do I start ???? 
WOW is all I can say about this 1st year. Alot of ups & downs, but I made it through it all....
I've done an outstanding job with my tool, and wouldn't trade it in for nothing in this world. I went from 338 pounds to 224 pounds, in just a little of 9 months with out any weight gain, can we say WOW.....
My health is so much better and the GYM is my new BFF forever....lolol
Far as BAF...can we say a double WOW !!! I've learned alot of good information from this board. There are people who are happy for you and your success, and others who are just straight up doing the DEVILS
work, but GOD was on my side.....
I want to thank everyone, The Good, The Bad, and The UGLY for making me a stronger person, and most of all GOD !!!

Don't let your guard down - stay on the grind! This is vet talk for you..... it's easy to get happy when we get the bulk of the mountain down, but trust me, if you continue to buckle down to reach goal now before your 18 month mark, you will have a easier time maintaining.
Anyhoo - keep up the good work and keep your buddy (gym time) close to you!!!!
