How was your week?  What worked, what didn't and what's your plan for this week?

I had a good week. The scale went down only one pound, but I'm grateful for that. I'm going to mix things up today and start the Wii Active 30 day challenge today.

My last two weeks weren't very good.  I lost 1lb.  In the weight loss' defense I haven't really been doing my part; I had a lot of distractions in the past weeks.  But today I am back on my grind and taking it one day at a time.  I'm making a conscious decision to stay away from junk food today.  I'll be hitting the gym on my lunch hour and I have home cooked meals for the week.  I've been stagnant for so long I'm about to bust this plateau. 
Got some summer clothes to get into.

Hello Honeymooners! My week was decent, I lost about 2 pounds. This week I am trying to stay focused on my goals  ~ protein, water, vitamins and exercise. I have not been making the most out of this challenge but I am trying.

Honeymoon Challenge - Goal is to lose 60 lbs by Labor Day.

I had a pretty good week, I lost 3lbs.  I started walking around the pond at work during my breaks.....and keeping a food journal.  This is really helped me to stay accountable!!

Last week was ok I lost 3 pounds, I ddint get to workout as much, was dealing with some stress. But I will do better this week. I have a goal so at the end of this I want to be under 200 pounds. So I have 29 pound to go.

I had a OK week last week.  I put forth an effort to do right.  I logged everything I ate daily on the daily plate and was at about 1000 calories a day.  I made sure to concentrate on getting my protein, vitamins, and water in.  I succeed most days.  I am not weighing  myself until my next appointment June 11th.

I  just did my calculations since the challenge began and have lost a total of  11.8 lbs. 

I will take it considering that the past two weeks have been rough due to my cycle.  

Glad to say Im back on track with the eating and hitting the gym tonight  !!!!


 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I had a great week...I am down 3-4 lbs...I have two scales and one is 204 and the other is 205...I normally go with the highest...I could have exercised more otherwise everything was good. I will calculate my total thus far next Monday.
