I completed week 6 day 1 of couch25K this morning. The past 3 days, I ran 20 min straight, so I enjoyed the intervals this morning. I am kinds sluggish today. I believe my weird sleeping patterns are catching up to me and I will seriously have to address it soon.
Good for you for evaluating your goal and fessing up that you may not make it in the bathroom jeans yet you still plan to work out during your vacation. This is where some of us will just give up. You reassessed your milestone and readjusted what you need to do to get there. Sometimes it is not about how soon you get there (we want it when we want it), but more of the fact that you get there.
