Hey MidM

Throwing up will get you out of the suffering much quicker

than just trying to let it pass.  Drink some water (few sips)

next time, it brings the food back up and you feel so much

better quickly.

Chicken can be tricky for a lot of us post ops.  If I ever have

anything SIT UP in my chest,  it's chicken.  Now my doctor didn't

allow me to eat chicken at all until I was six or eight weeks out.

All these other folks being nice.... NOT ME!

Wha da heyl you doing #1 eating chicken this early and #2 eating NEW schitt in public???  Ain't you read ANY of the newbie tips???  you sayin this like it's a revelation!

Regular chicken (as in non canned or shredded) or beef (non ground) are the HARDEST things to make 'happen' - took me over 9 MONTHS!

Slow your roll - and start cooking more - save the 'out' foods for many moons down the line - you will find that it's hard to get something that won't make your pouch act a fool and preparation consistency is not the best no matter what establishments you try out.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Oh no not the try chicken....it gets us everytime.  I used to hate it when that would happen.  Felt like I ate a whole grasshopper and it was just twisting around in there trying to get the hell out. Be careful...out there Middle Man.

Ive been there and done that Nasir......

next time dip that sucker in some honey mustard or something and chew, chew, chew.

I tell you trying to be fine is truly a test of patience..but its all good

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
