Ending affair with Pepsi and divorcing McDonald's
So as I going further into my WLS journey…My surgery consult is July 15th I figure by the time I get to that point I want to have some of the bad things cut out of my life already
Now I’ve been drinking Pepsi since 85, back when it was in the glass bottle, I remember fondly sneaking down stairs at my aunt’s house to get one. I’ve tried in the past to give it up but it just pulls right back in. *Sidenote I have 5 bottles at my desk from this week
Now Mickey D’s has been out of pure not planning and taking the easy way out when it comes to meal planning. That just led to an easy way to gain weight. You know its bad when the worker’s know what condiments you like with your order and they say see you tomorrow!!!!
I don’t want to be like that girl in the Boondock’s episode “Itis" Strung out on a burger!!
So fam wish me Luck!!

From a pure pepsi lover...i know i had to give it up last year. I fiend when i see the blue can, but i talk to myself about whats best for me. And,...you will eventually have it under it control, it takes time and discipline.
There will be times when i go out with folx and i cant get anything or have to get real creative with food. It will soon become second nature to you.

ETA: I was a pure Coke Classic lover from a child...Pepsi could be on sale and I would still buy Coke-A-Cola! It's Dead to Me NOW!
