FRIDAY SHOUT OUT
Happy Friday Miz D!!!
I was so worried about getting in my water (that post has me scared) that I haven't thought about food yet. Here's what I'm going to try today:
B - Isopure protein drink
S - NSA Blueberry Pomegranate applesauce
L - Leftover spinach and shrimp salad
S - Peanut Butter Protein shake
D - Going out for dinner - hopefully some sushi
S - Isopure protein drink

Hey D!! I on't have a plan for today, I'm kinda winging it
Breakfast was half of a throw a lil bit of everything on in there omlette - spinach, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, sausage, turkey bacon, and ham topped with mild salsa! It was delish too!
Lunch will prolly be some wendy's chilli cause I gotta run out to the mall to get my protien powder
Dinner - 8 peice chicken nuggets from chick-fil-a or either some curry chicken and veggie from the indian store next to the hair salon!
No working out for me today. I'm taking a BREAK! already finished 20 oz of water, halfway through my second and will polish off the 33oz bubba keg this evening!

Menu's still in the works but so far
Protein bar for breakfast
Shrimp salad with spinach for lunch
Spaghetti squash for dinner if I can get it with some protein of course
Two protein shakes
Two Popsicles
One undetermined snack depending on protein and calorie count for the day
All vitamins and supplements.
Nordic track and Walk Strong video.
100oz to 1 gallon of liquids. Missed the gallon by a pint yesterday but I'll keep trying.
