D - no idea, probably chicken salad sandwich

Vitamins - post surgery regime
Water 80 oz

No exercise - doc's orders.  But I am walking around

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Snack - Banana Cream Protein Shake
Lunch - Portabella Burger Pattie with Pepper Jack Cheese & yogurt
Snack - Strawberry Protein Shake
Dinner - Chocolate Peanute Butter Shake

64 oz of water , 1 hr on the treadmill, all vitamins!
