Pain under the incision line
Hi Everyone,
I am 2 months post-op and last week I started have pain under my (open RNY) incision mark . If I move my upper body too fast it feels as if my abdomen is about to rip in two, the same feeling I had for several days after the surgery. The feeling doesn't last long but is really painful.
In order to turn from side to side while sleeping, I have to get up out of bed to rotate my body because I dont want to feel the pain.
My DH wants me to go to the Dr. immediately, I feel that it is just a part of the healing process. It's only been two months and my muscles and cartilage is still recovering as well.
What do you think?

Hello there,
oh my.....when I was about 2-3 weeks post op. I pulled a muscle and OH MY GOD, I thought I was going to die. I did not know a pulled muscle could be that bad. I did go get it checked and they advised me to take Tylenol, and that did nothing.
hope you feel better and remember when you are in pain, your body is telling you something. Pain is not normal. (at least that is my opionion.)
I am praying for you!!
