I thought that WLS and losing weight would control my desire or atleast curb my desire to eat certain foods that I know to be harmful to me or I know will make me put on weight again.

It did not change...

1) mother telling me to clean my plate don't throw nothing away while she watching

2) my husband's desire for me (still as loving and wonderful as the day I laid eyes on him)

If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!

The need to exercise, my love of chocolate, my patience, my strong desire to be left the eff alone at work and my desire not to be touched. I wish people would give me the same room as they did when I was bigger. All of a sudden, everyone knows me. If you see the earphones in the ears, it means I'm not trying to hear you. Oh, and my attitude didn't change either.
