Honeymooners: Be ye forewarned
Howdy
,
Since a hard head makes a soft behind I just HAAAADDDD to be the one to think that I could get away with drinking only 48 oz of water daily.
On yesterday out of the BLUE I felt kind of weird. I decided to lie down for a few minutes to let it subside. The millesecond that I stretched out on the bed (on my back to boot) my room started spinning so fast that I thought that I had died and was on my way to glory
. Everything went black, I got nauseous, I called on Jesus, and was of course scurred
. Everything ended within 5 minutes and I was fine for the rest of the day and night.
I called my Doctor's office and couldn't get in until today. I went in at 2:00 and she decided to do an Orastat which is a bloodpressure check sitting, standing, and then lying down. My pressure was high sitting, it then dipped standing, and I was told that she believe that I am dehydrated. She then said that once I lay down that she would know.
I layed down and the nurse began pumping the cuff. My Dr. turned my head to the left and G
D GAWD
. My bloodpressure went crazy, I got clammy, and the room spun so fast and fierce that my Doctor and the Nurse had to hold me on the table to keep me from flopping to the floor.
Instead of sending me to the ER, she put me in a room and started an IV to run. I was there for the next 4 hours getting rehydrated. I drank 32 oz of water during that time. Everything went back to normal afterwards. As long as I live on this side of the Earth I will NEVA let that mess happen again.
If you are NOT getting in at least 64 oz, figure out a way to get to guzzling cause dehydration is no JOKE. Be ye forewarned

You're welcome. Yes get better cause the last thing that I would've thought was that I was dehydrated, I was blaming it on the MS
