4 Yr Anniversary

Well, today marks my 4yr anniversary since my wls. It hasn't been picture perfect but I'm still happy I had the surgery. Even after, Hernia Repair, TT and Gall Bladder Removal. I started at 291 and today I'm about 140 or so. I've maintain my weight however I hadn't been so good with my vitamins but for the last 2 mths I have faithfully taken my multi, calcium, iron, fish oil, DGL, flax seed, etc . . . However, I'm still battling the exercise demon and the overeating demon.

I also want to wish my surgery twin Baby Phat a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!
