THURSDAY SHOUT OUT
No menu yet but yesterday I was so behind on my water I'll be doing a gallon today. There will be an extra protein shake substituting for something during the day.
Of course I'll be hitting that protein goal of 90 minimum, 90 min aerobics and strength training, taking all vitamins, and watching my carbs.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Exercise was every morning 1.5 power walk/run with the dog with my ten pound weight vest (thanks to your suggestion)
Breakfast - Banana/Strawberry Protein shake (made from Rhonda kitchen)
Snack - Fresh strawberries/blackberries - can you tell I LOVE strawberries?
Not sure what the menu would like for the rest of the day.
