I had some crackers and deli meat yesterday OMGoodness I know i'm a rookie but it was good 51/2 weeks out of surgery it was a few cheeze it. 22lbs to get to 299 from 410 YeSSSSSSSSSSS.

I would seriously advocate leaving the crackers alone. It is SO easy to stay away from that stuff in the beginning...take advantage!!!  Congrats on the loss!!!

Did your NUT give you a diet? Try to follow those steps and switch things up. Just make sure you stay away from adding bad carbs.
