I lost "1" measily pound last week.  I guess that's better than nothing.  My weight loss has been slow these last 2 weeks.  I need to change things up.  I'm eating right, taking my vitamins and getting my protein in.  Excersise is another subject!

My eating could be better but I have been very active. We have been having decent weather in the Chi so I have been out playing tennis, volleyball, walking instead of driving. For the rest of this week I plan to return to the gym starting tomorrow and I am going to TRY to do just liquids for a few days. If I can't handle just liquids then I will only eat protein. I ate really bad over the holiday weekend and I need to make up for it.

Last week was a good week I lost four pounds.  I stuck to the plan journaled everything I ate, took my vitamins and constantly work on getting my water in.  I am doing well.  This journey will never be easy but if you follow rules it does work.  I workout six days last week I believe.  Thirty minutes minimum elipitical, bicycling, or walking.  I always mix it up.

Finally the scale is moving down.  I'm back on track today.  All in all it was a good day and I'm a lb away from meeting one of my major goals.

Uhm.....where's your progress o aloof one? lol

Haven't been on the scale in a minute so don't know what's going on. Could have carbs a lil lower, could work out an extra day. But I will do better this week.

Ohhh.....remember that lil ass jean jumpsuit I was tellin you about from Arden B, that's cut for a pre-pubescent lil girl that I bought 2 months ago? Well I tried it on again this weekend AND IT ZIPS!!! So no scale necessary, progress IS being made!

Meeeeeeeee?

Still a fatass at heart daydreaming about going back to this seafood shack I found last week and scheming on where to eat when I visit in a few weeks  *SMDH*

The 10 lbs I dropped the 1st week are still gone, but the scale fluctuates on any given day.  Funny thing is even when the scale doesn't move I see body changes.  Still trying to work through my "it's too good to be true" sabotage issues  Had to do some baking for my sister a few weeks ago and had a fling with red velvet cupcakes, but that's over.  Did some extra baking with the surplus ingredients though, got an extra german chocolate in the freezer, remind me and I'll frost it and bring it to you.

Back on the grind though, tried on some really cute dresses at Macy's last week and the 1X's were loose, really could do the 0X (can you believe that ****)  So I definitely want to be NO X by the end of summer.

It is never too late to be what you might have been
