L- shrimp and scallop sauce with Dreamfield's pasta
S- Protien smoothie after workout
D- chicken enchiladas
S- Blue bunny turtle bar
Boot camp, then meeting the running group for our 3 mile run

I use half and half but you could use any type or milk you like, soy, FF milk, or lactaid sooooo
4 oz milk
4 oz water
tsp-Tbsp instant coffee
scoop of vanilla or chocolate protien
tsp-Tbsp SF caramel syrup
ice
blend it all up and its really good. I drink it every morning
I usually get the Blue bunny bars by my house at the Harris Teeters at 14th and Penn SE or by my job at the Shoppers in College Park. If I don;t get to wither of those all the supermarkets carry the Breyer's carb smart bars

1/2 plain yogurt
about cup of frozen strawberries
couple cubes of frzen mango or frozen bananna
(I blend all this up first)
Then I add a scoop of Nectar's kiwi straberry or the caribbean cooler protien (add a lil water if its too thick)
blend it up some mo
