I'm late on this but here's my plan for the day

BFast - Carnation Instant Breakfast with a scoop of protein powder
Snack - Strawberry Cream Protein Shake
Lunh - Chilli
Snack - chocolate peanut butter protien shake
Dinner - Turkey Burger w/cheese
Snack - SF Jello

1/2 hour on the treadmill this morning, will do another half an hour this evening and the biggest loser body sculpting
a minimum of 64 oz of water.
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!
