Ok, I learned a new dance tonight at a party is there a dance called the swatimore??? Hell I dont know what I was doing but having a great time doing it...

Looked like I had 2 left feet or was the right....HMM(scratching my head).

Hey Gurl,

I don't know that dance...don't get out much these days. My cousin was trying to show me how to do the stanky leg....you should have seen me....it was more like stanky feet, legs and azz! I just plain stank at it all together. We need to try to do lunch or one of those support meeting one of these days. I have my next check up at the WLC in a couple of weeks. Hope my bloodwork is okay. Have you tried those Lemon Meringue protein bars that they sell. Gurl...they are the bomb! Have peaceful Memorial Day.
