Update Regarding My Sister

Good morning everyone,

So I get into work this morning and I open up my email. It is flooded with correspondence from the Detective assigned to my sisters case.  So basically, NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) is saying that the search team out of Florida has a bad reputation and that they self deploy all the time. So this means that they are not ones to work necessarily through law enforcement channels.  I was not provided with any information on their search successes.  Apparently this organization, viewed my YouTube videos and contacted the detective about wanting to help us out. They requested copies of 1985 maps of the area and sent her their PR materials. 

NCMEC wants us to hold on having further contact with them at this time. They have also contacted a person who is the only one certified by the FBI as a HRD (Human Remains Detector) Dog handler.  So the emails she forwarded me...looks like they are actually having discussions about how best to proceed.

I don't know. It just feels like another stall to me....but I am trying to be optimistic.  I just wanted to let you all know where things stand.

On another note and in regards to my WLS, I have started to weight train. Mack Mama gave me a tip on an excellent book.  I am definitely starting to feel a tad tighter in some areas....hope its not my imagination.  I slacked off the last few days though with my exercise. Trying to sell my house...so I used work around the house as an excuse to skip the gym.  After visiting the exercise forum. I realize that I should not miss too many consecutive days or I will start to back slide again.  I am still holding out hope that I will finally make the century club...by mid or end of summer....just being realistic. It does feel good that folks are definitely noticing the weigh loss and making positive comments.  I feel good too.

Hey lady!!!  Keep on plugging along on your sister - an answer will come - you have stayed faithful this long, a reward HAS to be there somewhere.

And it's NOT your imagination!  those exercises work for real!!!  and get back on the grind - let nothing keep you from doing what you need to do for YOU - you can't help anyone else until you help yourself.

I really need to thank you for this comment. I so need to be reminded of this yet again.  I think folks in my circle are tired of telling me to take care of ME first.  I have been trying very hard to do just that...but whenever I see a need....here I go jumping in again to try to save the day or the person.  Its very exhausting! Father, we come to you in the awesome name of Jesus and we thank you in advance for the return of your child, missing here on earth Father and we ask you to return her earthly family Lord.  You are in control of all, maker of all, knowing all, seeing all and the creator of all.  You are the creator of love and faith Lord, and we come to you today Father decreeing that this sweet child be found, safe and whole.  We know Father that you are working through the hands and minds of all those involved in this case Lord.  We ask that you bring the right people across this family's path to help them Lord, for your word tells us to come BOLDLY unto the throne grace, that we may find help in our time of need Lord.  We know you are never late Lord and your grace is sufficient.  We Praise you Lord for you are worthy of Praise and we thank you Lord now for it.

Thanks everybody...you don't know how much you gave me strength today...not to break down here at work. I really...really appreciate it! I will NOT give up hope....that's all we have at the moment.  Thanks for ALL the love. It means the world to me.
