Bfast - poptart/milk ( yep i ate one and it was good...and what????)
Lunch - sm spinach salad w/ grilled chicken
Dinner - boneless chicken breast stuffed w/ brocolli and cheese

Abs, obliques, back, shoulders and thighs; walk this evening
minimum 64oz water/vits

LOL!!!  Hell I am jealous you can eat a poptart - those lil sugary bastids send me into a whole new stage of dumping........ it's my personal highway to see Jesus!  LOL

Anyhoo - as for me -

B - coffee right now, then protein shake, toast
L - crab legs (still craving them)
D - no clue - but I'll come up with something - think I want a salad

Babygirl is about to head to her outing with her big sister so I will have a few hours to myself - going to get my nails done and start cleaning house - dats IT for me!!!! 


I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Snack - Pure Protein - Blueberry Crumb Cake 2g sugar, 18g Protein

Lunch - Baked Chicken Breast / peas

Dinner - Broiled BBQ Chicken Breast - salad

Protein water, water and sugar free koolaid

Snack - SF Ice Cream Sandwich
