Morning Yall

I am glad that run is over for some reason it was really really difficult.  I think it is because I did not clear my head before I started running.   To many thoughts and to many opinions on my body and my life sneaked into my head this morning and I shouldn't have let it.

I am working really hard on my goal yall.  I really do not think I will be wearing the bathroom jeans next week like I thought I would but then again I might, I mean I guess miracles still happen.

Now that I started running I have noticed that my belly has gotten really loose,  I guess I am losing weight in my belly area and I never thought I needed a tummy tuck but if this keeps up I will definatley need and get one.

I am on vacation so i'm going to lay on the couch and watch a movie.

Yall have a good run.

Lee I can relate. My mind is on overdrive all the time though! I would just love for it to slow down, heck even stop and focus on one thing for a minute but NO!

My mind completes with itself to see how many thoughts it can reel through in 1 minute. My body will start moving to act on a thought and by the time it get to where I was going, like the next room, I gotta stop and rewind my mind to remember what I went in the room for because my mind kept going and has passed 50 more thoughts by then!

Ok enough props for my type A mind and type Z body...

Completed week 4 day 3 of couch25k this morning. I peeped ahead and see the schedule next week calls for jogging 8 and 10 minutes straight. Then on Friday a big jump to 25 minutes straight!

I am stupid with fear BUT I will not back down! Found a little competitive streak in me, so failure is not an option.

Gotta keep going! guess this is where the going will get tough and my butt better get going!

If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

Hi Fionna
Stay on course you will see that 25 min is no where as bad as you think it will be.   I remember that same feeling of how the hell can I run 25 min and this week I ran 46 so I know if I can you can.

You got this
