Just a reminder that the May 28 deadline to reserve rooms at the group rate is quickly approaching.  Mike and I want this to be a success...a start of a return to a spirit of fellowship here, but we can't do it without you.

Reservations must be booked by calling us directly at (212) 355-7300 x7287 Attn: Jewel Hamilton.  Travelers should refer to the “BAF20Introduction" rate at time of reservations.  Check–in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12 noon. The cut-off date for accepting reservations is May 28th, 2009 12:00PM EST. Any reservations received after this date, are subject to availability and prevailing rates.  IF arriving on the Thursday (6/25/09), the hotel has assured that if using the group rate code and there is availabilty, the group rate will be honored.

PARKING

Valet parking is available at the Beekman Tower Hotel at $42 (subject to change) for small to mid-size vehicles and $52 for SUV’S per 24 hour period.  No in/out privileges are extended.
