Lunch - A leftover South Western Eggroll
Banana
Dinner - Sm Salad w/ grilled chicken

1 Gal water/vits
3 mile walk at lunch if it's not raining; hip hop abs.

Breakfast - Turkey Bacon and scrambled egg with cheese
Snack - Protein Shake
Lunch - Wendy's Chilli
Snack - SF Jellow
Dinner - Curry Chicken Salad

Did 45 minutes on the treadmil (20 of it joggin!!!) I've taken all my vitamins and have consumed 33 oz of water already.  Got 31 to go to meet my minmum and the bubba keg is filled to the brim!
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!

Dinner-grilled steak, a small baked potato, greens

My multitude of vitamins, a ton of water.

Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge and homeward after work....about five miles.  :)

Miz D, what is a Southern Eggroll?  I'm curious.

B- two scrips of bacon, coffee with Gladiator protein
L- one pork chop and green beans
S-cashews/peanuts
D-Gladiator protein smoothie with extra protein

L - Turkey burger/tomato/mayo/mustard/100 bread (turkey burger is w/caramelized onions/Swiss cheese/no MSG/no preservatives/found these at Costco/very tasty
D - Talapia/Salad
Snack- Greek yogurt/pear if needed
50 minutes on the elliptical/ chest and back strength training
64 oz. of water and all of my vitamins

Lunch.......grilled chicken sandwhich on wheat...crystal light
snack.......coffee.....lots of water (hot today )
Dinner........cool salad....more water
if there is room lef****er melon for dessert
