I've been on OH since 07 off and on for two yrs. I was undecided on what Surgery I should get, What steps I should expect going through this process. Which doctor was best for me.
Some of You guys helped me out answering my questions keeping me informed on having WLS. I'm grateful for all those who helped out a curious newbie seeking to change her life.
I'm so happy my doctor told me about the vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery. So far in two  months I've lost 45 pounds. I'm content with that for now. It makes me want to work harder. I'm blessed. The weight is coming off nicely and not to rapid at all.
I never have that starving feeling, I used to have I can eat what i want but just a few bites @ a time. There are somethings I wouldn't dare try to eat yet and wouldn't want to eat.
I joined a Gym, I never thought i would join a Gym.
I work out 3-5 days a week. It's hard work but having this surgery done help made it much easier for me.
So since i started this process of dieting back in Dec till Now that's 77 pounds gone for ever.
I luv this site
Thanks All
