i f i was you Id hit the gym twice a day if possible, drink lots of water, and get o a diet, for $39 you can get ont he idiot proof diet it works i lost my firsdt 50 doin the idiot proof diet, then I did jenny craig for the last 20 lbs just to make weight b4 my surgery but i was buyin the food so that cost me bout a G, but exercise and water is the basic **** you gotta do to start with.

Judith have you read Lee's posts? Her posts made me get up off my duff and run for my life!
I admit I got complacent and like you, I have acknowledged it. I made a list of the basics and identified which ones I was not following. Big one was exercise. Lee's posts made me just want to move and now I am halfway through couch 25k (miss my couch
)
Scale is going back down and the running has worked a s a motivation in other areas. I question what I eat and do asking myself will it help me get to my goal or mess up my running and more often I rethink what was going in my mouth (and eventually to my hips)!
The first step is admitting you have a problem and you are there... I think Mack Mama covered the other 12 steps in BAF terms!
Nothing else I can add there cause I gotta go do it too!

well all i can say is the most important part is done, you recognize you have an issue..lol and that issue is you have gotten comfortable in your "fineness".
I'm sure you get compliments and kudos, and you may hear the occasional "Girl you look good, dont lose no more weight' when people compliment you, it's easy to get caught up in being satisfied.
now that you know the problem you already know what to do to fix it. You lost the weight before so you know what to do.. YOu still have the tool-it hasnt's gone anywhere. Step away from the chips
and for God's sake stop drinking with your meal.. u know better!!!
