. I wanted to ask if anyone has had Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy? If so, what has your experience been like? Pros, cons, tips, pointers?

I had a VSG. It's been pretty good so far and I'm 6 months out. I really can't think of any major cons except I'm one of those oddball VSG people who dumps. The good thing it's only mashed potatoes and nothing else.
