GATEWAY TO 8K, WEEK 5, RUN 2, COUCH 2 5 k'ers

I have to say my runs are getting a lot harder and I think it is totally mental, I am feeling like i'm running out of time and it is messing with my head big time. Today is my very last day of school so starting today my focus is completely on my body and getting closer to those 2nd pair of bathroom jeans. I hope and pray I will be able to do it.
As of this morning I am going to focus like I have never focused before. I am back to doing my 500 sit ups daily as of last week and boy are my ribs sore. lol.
So I have a month now yall, man it came fast. If you thought I was serious before man oh man am I on it now. I wish I didn't have events to go to because I don't want to eat off my plan but I am going to do my best to be my best in the next 28 days.

Congrats on the last day of school and some freedom to focus even though you were already PAST focused to me
You work hard so play hard too. I think you can enjoy the meals without overdoing it. And even if you do, I know you'll be posting telling us about 1000 situps and 3 runs a day!
I completed week 4 day 2 of couch 25k this morning. I hung my bathroom 'blouse' in sight and cannot wait to try it on in a month!

I have been doing 500 sit ups a day for years, it's nothing new. But I still got fat on my darn belly but under it is a 6 pack. LOL. I will never do 1000 sit ups that is just way to much.
I am just trying to make my goal that's all. I am doing what I can to get where I need to be. Lord help me.
