I had a moment yesterday y'all....... well, a couple actually

I can't believe i let myself feel like this...... I bought myself a new watch this weekend - the one I had broke months ago, I never found a replacement i liked or at the price I WANTED to pay, but this weekend I said 'TREAT YOURSELF' and Macy's said the same thing.... LOL  anyhoo - I can never buy a watch that doesn't need to be sized, so I took it to a jewlery store around the corner from my job.... which is in an 'upscale' part of town..... when I walked in I saw that their inventory watches START at about $300, so my lil rinky dink $100 watch was blech to them - I go SO flustered!!!!  Did the 'humble negro' thing - you know where you don't make eye contact that much, keep your head down?  They helped me - sized it and the cost was what I expected (less than $10) but I just felt like I didn't BELONG there...... I need to work on that for real.

AND - I had about 5 different nightmares last night - I am one week from my surgery and I am starting to feel the pressure!  Do I REALLY want to do this?  Is this time REALLY going to work out?  Can i REALLY stand the pain?

Trina, you just have the before surgery jitters, you will be FINE.  You will have some pain afterwards, but you will come back to the board, just like Rhonda did, telling us, the pain ain't that bad...**looking sideways at Rhonda**

You know what Donna?  I don't even REMEMBER the pain from last time - ain't that a trip?  I will suck it up and make it happen - I got a prayer thing I do the night before - I wake up ready and calm..... but until then......
