3 mile lunch walk; turbo jam
1 gal water goal/vits

B - protein shake, then can't decide if only toast or oatmeal
L - will take either turkey chili or chicken spaghetti to work
S - yogurt
D - fried tilapia filets, peas

Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - none (surgeon's orders)
Exercise - not sure - may get in the gym for cardio, might break out the hip hop abs video

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

My goal is to get in at least 50 ounces of water and do my workout on the treadmill.

Right now I'm drinking my protein shake.
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: taco salad
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: baked chicken and spinach

Exer: walk at work if it's not too hot
At least 8c of water and all vits.
Honeymoon challenge Participant.  It's about to be a hot summer

Good Morning

Breakfast - 3 peices of bacon and 1 egg
Snack - Carnation Instant Breakfast - woulda been breakfast but it was still frozen I gotta do better LOL
Lunch - Tuna
Snack - Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Dinner - Turkey Burger with cheese - No bun

didn't work out this morning but will do 3 mile walk away the pounds tape and the biggest loser body scupting
a minumum of 64 oz of water
all vitamins etc - this evening, I forgot this morning. 
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!
