Last week was very good lost six pounds.... Very excited.

I believe I set my goal for 200 by labor day...so I am on my way... This week my goal is to get moving even more....and to watch the carbs!!!

I had the flu.
I was too sick to exercise.
I was too sick to eat right.
Those are my excuses.

I'll workout later in the week when I get my energy back....I promise

I had an okay week... I didn't lose anything and I didn't gain.  I had my 6 month checkup and found out that I had a low metabolism.  It has gotten lower since I had surgery so it's been confirmed that I wouldn't have been able to lose weight without the surgery.  Excercising is supposed to increase your metabolism but mine found a way to drop. 
Got all my vitamins in... My labs were pretty good with the exception of having low vitamin D.  Blood glucose is looking especially nice with all signs of pre diabetes gone.

This is not a waste of time......heck no !

I had a rough week last week, but this one will be better.

I started off in church on Sunday

I spent quality time with my sweetie and all we did was eat......


But we did walk all over the place which helped....

I think Im becoming scale crazy.....I may not weigh but once a month.

Im still in it to win it

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I lost 3 lbs. last week which was good being that I was out of town most of it attending two funerals.  I didn't get but one day of hip hop abs in .  I'm doing good on my protein and vitamins, but must do better getting my workouts in.

I look forward to this post, so please continue.

I agree with the others. Don't stop the thread. We need it. I'm close to somewhat close to my goal and I need this. I'm hitting the gym this week.

You not wasting your time,

I had a wonderful last week. I have increased my walking to 6 miles 4 days a week and went to the gym 3 times. Eating was very good, water and vitamins done. I lost 5 pds.

HW 312/SW 293/CW 190.2/GW 160

1st mini goal 250 done 04/24/09
2nd mini goal under 200 done 09/11/2009

Waste of time?  Never that. 

 I haven't been on my game for the past month and a half but I walked only twice last week and lost 5 lb. in two days I couldn't believe it.  I musta stood on that scale like 20 times before I accepted the fact that I did that.

This week I plan to get a workout in every day and I will weigh in on saturday.  I also plan to up my veggie intake and lower the carb intake.  I am doing good otherwise, Thanks for the post.

I'm back on track this weekend.  Got some pills for my nausea and am committed to doing right.  Today I didn't even have any peanut butter crackers and I was living off them for a while.  I got my protein shake in, exercise in and my vits.  I even got 8 cups of water in and it's only 6.
Tomorrow I plan on more of the same.

My body refuses to let me break to onederland, so I'm getting frustrated but I know one day(I hope) I'll get there.
