5 weeks down, 16 to go...Summer is almost in full swing!!! If you've been sitting on your ass, and eating poorly, today is the day to change that. No excuses!

Good morning, my week was not good. I didn't exercise all week but I ate pretty good. I am determined to make my goal. I am down about 8.5 lbs since the beginning of the challenge.
You are not wasting your time. I missed checking in last week, I was not feeling well but I am making a committment to check in each week from now on.

All is well on my end. I've found the perfect balance, which took me some time to do. I've managed to hit my lowest **does the cabbage patch** from the OTHER direction and tone up a bit as well.
I'm still in it to win it--even if it's you and I, we can provide one another with the support needed. Let's get it.

I only went to the gym once last week, friday and I started the couch to 5k program. Last week and this week is going to be hard to get in the gym because of graduation events but I intend to get in there today. I've cut back on my eating and am starting to feel full faster.
This week I need to kick my water intake up a notch.

I was anxiously awaiting the post for the honeymooners...
I had a weird week...Last Sunday I was 5 lbs down and then on Tuesday I weigh myself (should not have) and was 3 lbs up @ 215...I worked SOOOO hard this week (Water & Exercise) and am lad to report as of this morning I am 211.2...So in 1 week I gained 3 and lost 4 which is okay with me...I did nothing to gain those 3 lbs (I right as usual) but was constipated a little (TMI)... This week I plan to do exactly what I did last week and then some so I can reach my weekly goal of 208.

I exercised four days last week and did OK with eating. I have had better weeks with my eating. I did well getting my vitamins and water in Monday-Friday when the weekend hit I slip a little with it. I did not weigh myself last week because of Aunt Flo. So I will weigh in next Sunday. Over all I am doing OK and I am going to do better every week.
