D- Will stop at the market and purchase items to make a stir fry w/ turkey chops, sauteed spinach, and a little brown rice (Will be lunch and/or dinner for a few days)

Morning My DMV-4-Life sistah...today's plan:
Breakfast - turkey sausage link & boiled egg
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - turkey breast, spinach, lite-balsamic dressing
Dinner - turkey breast, spinach, lite-balsamic dressing
Snack - protein shake
Exercise - walking after work
Water - 6 bottles
Vitamins/Supplements - all
Bfast- 3 egg whites, two oz grilled steak (leftovers-lol)
coffee with my protein mix (chocolate--tastes like a latte)
Lunch- mixed green salad
Dinner- Grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, kale
I am still stiff from the 6.2 mile AidsWalk on Sunday (dayum, my arse is getting old), but my plan is to walk home from work (about 5 miles.)
