Bigthighcutiepie!!
congrats on your surgery.
your list of food/drinks is pretty complete for this phase. the popsicles held me down when i first came home. the only thing you can do to break the monotony is drink different flavors of crystal lite and eat different flavors of soup. unless you in the mood to experiment with putting different foods in the blender or trying baby food.

you've gotten some great suggestions. Try changing the temperature of the fluids and that may help the cramping feeling.
The question that I am asked most often:
Is that your hair??????

Congrats on being home and on the loser bench.

I totaly undertand about the fluids and the need to burp after each swallow. What I found helped me was to load my cup with ice and with ever slow sip grab a ice cube it made the burping feeling go away.
As for the food, lucky you ,for having all those options. My surgeon will not let me have tomoto soup or yogurt so I suggest just trying things at different temps and different flavors
Hope this helps

Congrats on your recent surgery. If you are experiencing gas...Gas X strips are the truth and they work fast. Try not to drink the water so fast, and you may not want it so cold. Sometimes the cold water affects the new pouch and you will get that discomfort. Try drinking 1 oz every 15 minutes; that will keep you hydrated and you will be getting your fluids in. SF popsicles were my best friend; also sf jello during my liquid stage when I came home. Good luck!

Hi, I'm glad you are doing well. Welcome back home!!!! I am less than two weeks out. I am having mostly the same choices as u at this point. Breakfast I usually have yogurt, then a bottle of water usually with walmart brand drink mix. Lunch-Protein shake 50g protein. I mix the shake with 1% milk and water, Then I have another bottle of water, Dinner-cream soup, Then another bottle of water. I believe that cover me. I might also have a snack such as SF jello. I'm good. I have not had any problems, and not hungry. Blessings on your journey, and we are in this together. Take care

....trying eating some finely crushed ice throughout the day......and yes the doc was right , you have to take baby sips of water i the begining...keep a bottle of water with you at all times and sip continously through out the day
