4 Weeks not 5 of my 20 Week Program. Kicking it up big time, TIME IS RUNNING OUT

Morning Yall

I  worked out with Becca this morning,  we walked in the park.  I know I don't usually workout on Sunday but I realized that I don't have 5 weeks left I only have four since I added a week in NYC to the beginning of my trip.  So I have only one month left yall which means I have to really stay on top of things. 

I'm going to continue to workout like crazy twice a day.  I have to up my carbs though because my body is burning way to many amino acids and when I shower I smell just like amonia which is the number one sign of burning amino acids.  I only want to burn fat.    I talked to the nurse and she said I'm running to much and my body can't handle it so I need to up my carbs even more which is pretty high already.  But I love carbs so i'm good with upping them.

So this is the schedule.  I leave for New York on June 16, I spend a week there, then I leave there for Egypt after Egypt I go to Vegas for a week and then from Vegas I leave for Buffalo for about 2 weeks so my summer is all planned out.  .  I also have my running planned in all that traveling so I still want to stay on my program.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I always workout on vacation.  I need it even more than when I'm at home because when i'm on vacation I eat whatever I want so I definately workout.  It really isn't hard because I just get up and do it before anyone else even thinks about waking up so it's done by the time I see anyone.

You are good staying on program the way you do.  Sounds like a fantastic summer.

I eat like a pig on vacation,  I just workout so don't think i'm good cause i'm as far from good as I can be when I travel.

I'm only dedeicated to working out.  I have the worst time with food.  I don't know how I am able to do so well these past many weeks but I'm really proud I have been able to.

 I wish I could travel like you do!  I'm so jealous.  Does Becca have summers off too, or does she just save up all her time for your trips?  I like the way you have your exercise planned into your vacation time.
