maybe you should go back to basics. act like you just had surgery yesterday and follow the prescribed eating regimen.  i'm sure if you did the clear liquid stage and then full liquids and then pureed foods and then soft foods, you'd surely jump start your weight loss.

Hey there!

Never tried it, but I know others that have and used it for its' cleansing benefits. Any weight loss will bounce back.

Go back to the basics or try the Protein Train. You can find more info on Cookie Luscious' profile.

Good luck!

I actually tried this diet a cpl years ago. it wasn't bad at all it tastes really good actually, however i don't think it's good for wls patients. u should ask ur doctor and see what he/she says. It does have nutrional value but i don't think it's sufficient enough for ur protein needs. i would say to up ur water and protein and decrease ur carb intake.

I did have hunger headaches from it but it was good and ok once you got the through it.
