Help!! need advise

I am 10days out.  my bowels are not regular.  I don't feel bad or anything, but I have not been to bathroom in about 3 or 4 days.  Is this normal?  I have milk of mag,  but I don't want to have to keep taking it to go to the bathroom.

Yes, I used ducolax  and a supository after not going for 7 days. It  helped alot.

Thank you.  I have milk of mag. I had to take it 4 days after surg.  i did not want to take it to much and have to depend on it! 

It's normal, you're not eating much so there isn't much to come out.  Early out when I did have issues, I used Smooth Move Tea.

Try Miralax.  You can mix it with your protein, it has no flavor and will keep you regular if you use it on a daily basis.

I agree with "hershey dream" Smooth Move Tea is what my surgeon's team tell all of their patients to use...
