Congrats on your weight loss, but now I am getting scared it's not even two weeks since my surgery date and I have lost 22 pounds.
What are you eating, what was your pre-op weight and your height? I wonder if I am getting in enough calories, I am hardly hungry and I have a lot of energy. I am just getting a little nervous that I am losing quick like this I mean I am happy but I just want to be sure that I am doing everything correct, also my weight loss does not look like it is slowing down...at least for this month.
Thanks!

Carolina G., thats terrific grl!!! Please, welcome that dramatic weigh loss of yours! You have to realize that everyones body is different. In doing my own research on RNY prior to having the surgery, I read that patients who are extremely obese lose weight faster than those moderately so...but l really believe its all in our make up...everyone is not going to lose the same but as long as there's weight loss its all good! If your not hungry then don't force it...but be mindful to try to have a little something every 4 or so hours and stay hydrated! Your doing great so don't be alarmed at the weight loss....be alarmed if you weren't losing any at all! lol
Keep up the good work....your on the right path...

Congratulations sxycop on your loss. Indeed this is one of the perks. You will have other times where you won't loose as much or even maintain.
For Carolina G -- the worst mistake I made on my journey the first couple of years was comparing my loss to others. There is no comparison because we all loose at a different rate.
Best wishes to both of you.

Hi Free Butterfly! Thank you and congrats to you on your success grl! I'm so looking forward to reaching my goal weight, I know you have to feel proud of yourself!!
Yeah, I hope Carolina G welcomes the perks in her journey and savor each moment...and just focus on herself and not everyone else.. I know its all knew to her but hopefully she'll take our advice.
Thanks again and much continued success and healthy happiness to you!

Hey Girl, I'm sooooo proud of you for doing your thang!!! I can not wait until I can say I'm exercising as much as you are. The whole stepper and incline on the treadmill is a work out you work up to.
I know one day I will get there though.....one day at a time!!! Oh by the way the crab salad was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you got to try it.. Keep up the good work and we will get there together.
