25lbs lost in my 1st Month Post-Op!
Morning BAF!! As of yesterday May 14th, I'm proud to announce that I've lost a total of 25lbs in my 1st month! My doctor says i'm doing great and losing at a normal rate. The incisions are almost unnoticeable to where I'm thinking about piercing my belly when this is all over!!!!lol But I feel great, I'm exercising 5-6 days a wk and trying my best to get all my protein in... I know they say your not suppose to have alcohol for atleast a year, but I gave in last nite in celebration to 2 glasses of Asti Spumante! Hope everyone is doing great as well....and Congrads to my grl Quint who's lost 21 lbs in less than a month!!!!!YOU GO GIRL!!!!

Thanks! 2 days a week I work out twice a day, my a.m. wkout is 30mins to an hour on the treadmil(10% incline every 5mins) as soon as I get home from work @ 8a.m. and then some floor wk.........in the evening I go to the gym and do an hour of cardio( eliptical, stepper, and bike) and 10 min in the sauna...mind u I only do this 2x a wk just to shock my body a little... then on the other days I either go straight to the gym after work and do an hour of cardio and lite weights or go home and get on my treadmill for an hour and do a tape or my own floor wk...Each week I'm trying to add something different...next wk i'm gonna start taking spinning classes! But as long as you get some sort of excercise in is great. In my line of work it has definitely been a BIGGGG stress reliever to deal with not the people on the streets but my freakin co-workers and racist supervisors!!!!(but thats a whole other story!)lol But I do feel better after a good sweat!
20-60minutes of Cardiovascular exercises(power walking, jogging, cycling, class, kickboxing, swimming, etc.) atleast 4-6 times per week. This will boost your metabolism and burn calories. And if you can do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach it will boost your metabolism. So far it works for me! Keep up the good work Anewme_2009!

20-60minutes of Cardiovascular exercises(power walking, jogging, cycling, class, kickboxing, swimming, etc.) atleast 4-6 times per week. This will boost your metabolism and burn calories.
