rant:  greek yogurt.   this shyt is creamy milk of magnesia whose taste cannot be altered by splenda (and splenda fixes, scrapes, burns, bad moods, everything).   valena please find me an alternate source of protein asap.

Rave:  It's Friday, it's a BEAUTIFUL day, and I'm NOT working this weekend!!!!!!!

Rant:  I called and left a message for my Dr. first thing this morning to call me with my test results.  Why is he gonna make me wait ALL day for this?????   I'm so impatient....but don't they know I AM THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE WORLD???????  jk

I guess, that MAY be a sign that it's not too bad, cause if it was bad, he would have contacted me sooner.......

Cheese, eggs, peanuts and peanut butter, almonds, yogurt, protein drinks. I hear TVP is good to add to a lot of foods and doesn't affect the taste, but haven't tried it myself.

i can do the cheese.  eggs make me gurgle.  i love all things peanut, num yummy.   protein powder means i hafta *think*.  don't wanna!  (pouting)

Marlo I agree that Stoneyfield greek yogurt is disgusting!  But the FAGE is pretty good and it comes with fruit! 

lol...I eat Greek Yogur maybe 2-3 times per week and add sf preserves to it or the torrani syrup (spelled wrong)

Rave: My baby turned 11 yesterday and she is so excited about her
         upcoming birthday party!!

Rant: She reminds me that my azz is getting old....LOL!

Good morning all,
I'm baaaaaaack.

I'll start with the rant: GHETTO MOVERS.

Instead of renting a truck and letting JD and our fishing crew do the move as originally planned, I wanted to save the 50 bucks that I would save IF I allowed a friend and Godson of my Mothers caregiver to move me with his "supposedly" U-Haul sized truck.

This man showed up with an Elcamino and standard sized truck that had an enclosed bed and ONLY moved my furniturea grand total of 2 loads. It ended up taking me another 2 days, my emergency money, and my ex-neighbors van to get the rest of my things moved. THAT won't happen again as long as I live on this side of the Earth!

Now for the rave: Lawd have I MISSED the hood and all of the fringe benefits. Thus far I've become aquainted with "the flower/garden man" yes got all of my flowers and garden plants bought for only $6.00. "The traveling saleslady" Shoes for my feet and food for me to eat. The cable man, and the list goes on
