Wondering do you chronicle your WLS journey on there, especially since it's made up of your friends and family!

Only a few of my friends on there know about the journey I'm on but I was thinking of putting my thoughts on there too....idk

If you are on there request me(

Thanks God for creating, Jesus for saving, and the Holy Ghost for sustaining ME!

Im going to stick with what I know....I have a hard enough time explaining  to people when and why  I wear my own hair versus sew ins in my pics on there. I couldn't imagine going back and forth over WLS!!

I don't.  The one feature I don't like about Facebook is that whenever you post something, everyone & their Mamma's get notified.  Not feelin that....IMO.   That's also the site that my kids pictures went "missing".    THIS here is my site, my people, my heros, my inspirations!  I'm gonna stick w/my folks HERE on BAF.

Good Morning,

I was talking to some folks about this just this week and for some reason when folks are on FB talking about WLS...it just irritates us...as we don't understand why...that's what OH/BAF is for.

Personally I don't talk about WLS or BAF on FB...I keep the two separate as everybody don't know alot of people had WLS and that's private.  I don't have a problem w/people knowing about WLS but as mentioned not everyone wants the world to know they were cut open and re-wired (haha).

Just my opinion...keep the two separate or if you feel the need to "journal"...use your profile page.

No one on my friends list mentions WLS and if they do I haven't seen the post and will never respond.

I have my profile not only set to private on FB but also have restrictions on who can see my comments etc.  I don't talk about WLS on FB because some of the ppl on my friends list are just casual acquaintances (sp).  Thus I don't feel the need divulge that kind of information.  Now it's OBVIOUS to some ppl that I've lost a tremendous amount of weight.  I will tell them privately what I've done but don't tell everyone.

Go to settings and then privacy.  You can control whether your comments show up on your friends new feeds etc.
