No! Your body can't absorb them all at one time!

That's right, your body can only absorb 600 mg of calcium citrate at a time so I take mine 3 times a day. Also remember if you're taking iron suppliments that you need to space your calcium and iron 2 hours apart because they interfere with absorption.

neenaj, can you let me know what your supplement schedule looks like? and what you take? i wanna make sure i have this down pat and should have asked earlier! but what do you do throughout the day given that the iron and calcium clash?

I don't take added iron since I don't menstruate due to a hysterectomy.

AM- 1 multi-vitamin
        b-complex
        b-12 sublingual 3 times a week
        acidophilus (helps with digestion)

lunch- calcium citrate

dinner- calcium citrate

bedtime- calcium citrate, vitamin d and biotin

I don't drink 30 min before or after my meals but that is when I take my suppliments. I hope this helps.
