"I just need to get out of my own way"  -   I definitely needed to hear that today.  I have about a month until surgery and I really want and need to start implementing good exercise habits now.  I keep talking about what I want to do but I haven't done anything yet.  I want exercise to be as natural as getting up to brush my teeth.  What is 30 minutes out of a 24 hour day?  Today I'm going to go home, change my clothes, go downstairs and get on the treadmill that is collecting dust in that workout room that I have not used in over a year.  Stop talking and thinking about it and JUST DO IT!

Yo fa real......when you set your mind to the exercise YOU BE DOING IT!!! You always motivate me to doing better. I think the key is reaching a goal. I see I'm going to have to keep registering for these races and keep myself trained if I'm going to stick with running. If I didn't already pay my money for the one this Sat I prob woulda been fallen off......and you know how cheap I am!

I know you can do it. Like you said, the proof is in the pudding. You already know what to do, now you just have to do it.

Plus I need you to hurry up and get smaller so I can have more hand me downs!!! LMAO

I DVRd it, can't wait to see the transformations!
I find BL to be a good motivation, but we must remind ourselves it just isn't realistic. They work out 6-8 hours a day. I am most inspired seeing them keep it off after several months or a year. Losing is half the battle...it's the keeping it off that's the real biotch. I liked that after Sione went home he closed up his business to become a personal trainer! I think THAT is amazing!!!

It is always good to see the inspiration in whatever form.
