No excuses!!!

I agree with you. I was just sitting at my desk wondering about working out. I just started college back and I go to school two nights a week. Then on top of that I have my full time job and of course I can't forget my kids.
Right now I'm at the hardest part of using my tool to get to my goal of 150 lbs. I know I can do it, but I won't be successful if I don't utilitze working out. But I'm with you all the way... 30 mins a day at least. Then on top of that we have to workout to maintain once we get to our goal!!!!!
I know I hate exercise but I made a commitment to myself that I was going to exercise and walk. I didn't come this far to just stop. I was noticing how I had a lot of excuses why I was going to the gym. So I made up my mind everyday expect Wednesday because of Bible Study and Sunday I was going to exercise and walk my five miles and so far it working. When I get home from work,I change my clothes and leave the house so I have no excuse. So if you live in the Waldorf area be hit me up and join me.

I was amazed at how much weight these people lost with hard work and persistance! You are absolutely right, we have the tool, we just need to do what we KNOW we should be doing. I've been contemplating going au naturale myself and cutting the perm out of my hair for that same reason.
I had to learn the hard way.......but the proof was in the pudding after I started gaining weight well into my lapband journey.

Yesterday I didnt plan on going to the gym after work, so I took advantage of the nice weather and walked my entire lunch hour.
I did 2 miles......20 blocks away from the job and 20 blocks back to the job.
I felt very accomplished and came back in to enjoy lunch at my desk afterwards.
Progress not perfection is what I keep telling myself

Best of luck to you Biggie and everybody else on their quest to start moving !
In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
