Tried a new high protein recipe!

My co worker had me try this today!  Not sure what its called, but its a great summer salad/ dessert:

2 apples sliced into small bite sized pieces
1/4 c- 1/2 c of plain yougurt (greek yogurt has higher protein)
2 tablespoons of sour cream (low fat of course!)
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c of dried cranberrries
cinammon to taste

Mix and serve chilled-Yummy!

I am going to try it because it is very similar to a chicken salad recipe that I use at times.  Thanks for sharing.

I just wanted toa say that it sounds good, but do be careful of the sugar content in dried cranberries. I think it is similar to raisins and that is high.

ETA: I see you're both lapband so maybe it won't matter.

I still try to make sure I don't get the cranberries with added sugar.  That makes a big difference.
