Time Check !
Putting myself first is right.....Ive become a selfish somebody in recent months. 
My daughter had the nerve to ask me can I buy her some real food and stop bringing home healthy stuff everytime I go to the grocery market.
I told her.....NOPE...... cause its too tempting. I told her she better eat at work when she wants high fat, high cholestoral, high sodium foods. She works at McDonalds

Now Im a believer pretty lady
I truly cant wait to see what the next 12 weeks will bring. And that length of time works for me cause it gives me time to straighten up, fly right, mess up when I get weak and still bounce back
As you know this journey is never ending......but i truly feel like its becoming a way of life for me.
Im trying to post a picture so I can show my progress - put my money where my mouth is so to speak.
