Time Check !
Hey all
I put up a post 12 weeks ago to this very day.......entitled three months ago.......
and on that post I wrote a wish list of things that I had hoped to accomplish in that time frame.
Im here to say that I was so motivated by that post, that I did everything in my power to obtain my personal goals.
Im down 24.4 lbs since 2/13........just a percentage of a pound shy of the 25 lbs that I had hoped..........
I exercise reguarly at least 3x a week- what I dont do during the week, I do twice as hard on the weekends !
Water is my primary drink of choice....I try to get in at least 48 oz daily.
and Im looking and feeling healthier than I have in a long time !
I got a bonus at the end of April when I hit my 100 lbs down mark
Looking forward to what the next 12 weeks will bring.........
Im in the honeymoon thingy as well because every little challenge helps to keep me motivated !
Who says that the # 13 is unlucky.......shoot that day rocks in my head

Pretty lady things are truly going well.......I decided to put me first and make the most with what I have of my free time and resources to lose the weight.
I still have a ways to go...but I know I will get there with daily dedication to my mission.
How did you do - are you still getting that zumba in
I got my hot hands on one of the dvd's and couldnt keep up for nothing.
But I found love in one of the machines at my gym that is helping me get that wow factor
I call it my " latin lover " cause all the hispanic chicks flock to the machine

I haven't Zumba'd in a good minute. It wasn't in close proximity to work or home, so instead I try to get in at least 45 mins of walk time, 3 times a week. Good news, I am maintaining...and that was one of my goals.
I think the other goal of mine was to have my mental health be on one accord with my physical health...I think that is what I was shooting for??? Anyhoo...I'm getting there, sis....a work in progress. PROGRESS being the key word.
Did you ever find the Robert Flack CD I was telling you about? Or check out the youtube link I sent you? If so, what did you think?

I dont make it to the gym regularly but I go when I can......I started off saying I would go M, W & F....some weeks I dont make it til the weekend and then I stay for like 3 hours each day.
Its not about being a steadfast rule, cause Im more freestyle.
But I do have it high on my list of priorities to get there and that I do.

As for that cd.......girl I tried to get the thing thru Zune market place, cause I had a zune at the time ..... and they had the pic up there but it wasnt available to download. I was thinking it must be a goody....you know how some music is just forever on lock
I did just recently purchase a 16G Ipod Touch as a token for my hitting the century mark but I havent had time to really search for it on Itunes.
Chapter two right ??? Im on the hunt for it cause I love music just that much so when I get a tidbit of information about music that might be instrumental in my life I want to hear it.
I havent forgotten though
