Black and White Men in the Workplace

I dont have a whiteboy here that I can concur with,,, but I will tell you this. I dont give a damn if he grew up NEXT DOOR to you, I dont care HOW he pronounces his mother%%^^$, I dont care if he drives his momma to the grocery store,,,, you will NEVER be on a equal playing ground.
The same thing happens to me, and 100000000 other brothers in the world. I have noticed over the years, sitting in these BORING ass Management meetings, no matter how ON POINT my presentation is,, or how ingenous of an idea I come up with,,,,, the conversation, when I walk in, is ALWAYS "Did you see the GAME last nite?"
Its because they feel down deep, that my intellect is only as deep as Lebron's latest dunk, or Im always the authority on sports, nothing more.
Its one of those things you have to learn, is part of life. As long as your skin is black, and as long as his is white, you will be considered differently. And most of the time, unfairness is headed your way, before his.
