Whassup #1 ?? I'm doing pretty good. Eating fairly well, and trying to ease back into some fat-burning exercising since my knee is doing better. Still doing my ab work and toning, etc. Still on point with the water due to drinking two Vitamin Waters per day--after I finish a bottle I fill it with water, so I end up getting 80 ounces per day. Still eating a salad for lunch most days...
I ran out of food so, I'm going to the grocery store today (only 1 day, cuz I know you're gonna ask!).
This week, I'm eating fresh fruits/veggies,at least 2-3 protein drinks a day, and preparing only one meal with a meat protein. Sticking to the egg whites, rather than whole eggs (less fat). I have found that I am in love with broiled tilapia and actually prefer that over the chicken breast.
Last week, I gained 3 lbs., but I have lost 1 of the lbs. so far. My ankle is very swollen (from the surgery) and I have retained water in that area...so I am on the foot exercise machine and icing - just to see if this has anything to do with the weight gain.
At any rate I am NOT where I was!

Don't forget to add me to the list. Last week was good for me with the exception of a piece of
bread on Mother's Day. I'm eating Atkins high protein/low carb so bread is not part of my plan.
This week I will be on point and plan to increase my exercise. Water, Vitamins were good will do
same this week.
