Well good morning campers!!!!  Bet you thought I forgot about you and I SEE that nary one of you mofos called me out for not posting yesterday...... methinks the mofos that doth NOT protest too much are eating BULLSHIOT and are off their game!!!!!!

REPORT IN!!!!  No excuses - how have you been doing????

I am doing the low carb thing for at least a week and then I will being my calories in-calories out routine.  I have lost about 2 pounds since starting. However, I must step it up a notch so I can save  $500 (if my BMI is at a certain #) on the possible surgery that I am thinking about having and this is if I don't chicken out. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

The ONLY reason I didn't question you about the post was because you got other things occupying your mind right now.

I'm still doing pretty well with this.  The few times I have fallen, I pick it back up and keep it movin...in the right direction!

Whassup #1 ??    I'm doing pretty good.  Eating fairly well, and trying to ease back into some fat-burning exercising since my knee is doing better.  Still doing my ab work and toning, etc.   Still on point with the water due to drinking two Vitamin Waters per day--after I finish a bottle I fill it with water, so I end up getting 80 ounces per day.   Still eating a salad for lunch most days...

Hey heffa (ain't she nosey, y'all...dang...) LOL,

I ran out of food so, I'm going to the grocery store today (only 1 day, cuz I know you're gonna ask!).

This week, I'm eating fresh fruits/veggies,at least 2-3 protein drinks a day, and preparing only one meal with a meat protein.  Sticking to the egg whites, rather than whole eggs (less fat).  I have found that I am in love with broiled tilapia and actually prefer that over the chicken breast.

Last week, I gained 3 lbs., but I have lost 1 of the lbs. so far.  My ankle is very swollen (from the surgery) and I have retained water in that area...so I am on the foot exercise machine and icing - just to see if this has anything to do with the weight gain.

At any rate I am NOT where I was!

Good job Donna!  Dealing with a foot injury it would be easy to let that be an excuse to gain - so KUDOS to you for staying AWARE!

Good Mornin MM,

Don't forget to add me to the list. Last week was good for me with the exception of a piece of

bread on Mother's Day.  I'm eating Atkins high protein/low carb so bread is not part of my plan.

This week I will be on point and plan to increase my exercise. Water, Vitamins were good will do
same this week.
