Good morning:

Last week was good I followed the rules. But...Saturday...I was a hardhead . Had Mothers Day brunch with my friends and was too busy running my mouth and not paying attention and drank soon after I ate my boiled egg. Man I was sick all day! Never will I do that again!

But I'm back on point! Got my treadmill yesterday and I walked 45 minutes. This will be my routine, walking everyday!
I can do all things through Christ  who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 NKJV

I did ok last week, didn't get in the gym like I want to but still lost 3 pounds. I will committ to walking 4 times this week my 5 miles and getting in 5 days at the gym. I did very good on my food, water and vitamins.

I had a good week.  Two more pounds gone.  I'm just happy to see the scale moving again.  I'm scheduled for my 6 month follow-up this week with the surgeon. 
Plan for this week is to up the exercise and keep a close eye on carbs.  I'm trying to keep my carbs under 30 gms a day.

Hi All:

I'm doing pretty good. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 4 lbs. I believe increasing the protein/doing more walking has helped me get back on track. I actually walked in a 3k marathon this weekend!!!!

Stay encouraged everyone and remember the race is not given to the swift but he who endures to the end!

When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I had a great week except for not exercising... That is my main goal.. The eating went well and I am down a total of 5 lbs this week... I have 32 lbs to go and even if I lose 2 lbs a week I will meet my goal in September.

I do not believe I lost any weight last week.  I did exercise three days last week and will up it to five this week and eat correctly.

Good Morning All!

I'm going to be honest.. I haven't been working out. I just started college back and trying to adjust to going to class two nights a week!!  I'm going to weigh myself tonight at support group. My eating is okay but not sure how I'm going to adjust to eating on the nights I go to class.

My week was ok.  Didn't exercise, got in about 48 oz of water each day and took my vitamins
I lost 4 lbs, so I guess things are still moving.  
The plan this week is to exercise 4 to 5 days, 30 mins each day and to stay on the protein and vitamin train

I know I'm a month late but hopefully not short.  Does the honeymoon posse have room for one more?
My goal 135; current 132;  pre-op highest 285; I have lost more than I weigh...  I my RNY!
